Favourite books of 2021

Today I’m linking up with Steph https://www.lifeaccordingtosteph.com/ and Jana http://janasays.com/ sharing my favourite reads for 2021.

I’m a bookworm but this year I sometimes found it difficult to simply relax with a book and lose myself in the story. I’ve seen similar sentiments shared online and know that others can relate.

But some books were so good that my to-do list and concerns took a time out and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the book.

These were:

Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng

A Good Girl Comes Undone by Polly Williams

Those People by Louise Candlish

The Other Passenger by Louise Candlish

The Family Next Door by Sally Hepworth

Review

The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley

Review

The Authenticity Project by Clare Pooley

The Mother-In-Law by Sally Hepworth

The Night She Disappeared by Lisa Jewell

You Need To Know by Nicola Moriarty

The monthly link up that Steph https://www.lifeaccordingtosteph.com/ and Jana http://janasays.com/ host online each month is amazing and I worry I don’t thank them enough. They bring together bloggers from around the world who share book reviews and getting to know fellow book lovers is always fun. I enjoy the safe and open platform where we share book reviews.

Thank you Steph and Jana for all you do - the monthly book link up is the reason I love the second Tuesday of the month, it is to thank for a TBR list that grows each month and the wonderful sense of a book club which can be attended remotely without getting dressed or putting on make up.
