I used to list my goals at the start of the month and then 2020 happened and goal setting fell away. I am still amazed that a full year has gone by.

My late Grandmother on my Dad’s side used to make lists and so does an Aunt of mine. As an adult I’m lost without my diary, numerous note pads and journals.

Listing intentions for this month I thought about how easy it can be to make endless lists and get caught up in the ticking off of to-do’s. I’m trying to be more mindful and so I’m going to ease into April and Autumn with some fun things I hope to achieve:

  • Have a great Easter weekend

  • Get back into working out regularly. We cancelled our gym memberships but I need to find ways to stay fit at home (or safely outdoors). The weather is getting colder and before 2020 I’d always run indoors at the gym during the winter months. Any advice from runners would be welcome!

  • Spend some time in nature and recharge

  • Read 3 books

  • Take a lunch break in the week

  • Update website 8 times

  • Review books read in March

  • Get nails done

  • Make the most of the last of the not-too-cold-yet weather
