July 2021 Intentions

I cannot believe how quickly June went. Work was really busy and the weeks flew by.

My June goals were:

  • Continue running - do another 5km and attempt a 10km! - Unfortunately no

  • Go for a cycle - No. And before the rain we had some stunning weather so no excuse!

  • Update website 6 times - 5 times - not bad

  • Read 2 books and review the 2 from May - YES

  • Take a lunch break in the week - getting better at this

  • Make Monday - Thursday dinners a little healthier - mmm could improve on this!

  • Get back into yoga - YES

  • Practice mindfulness - YES - found some amazing podcasts to listen to.

July goals

  • Read 2 books and review the 3 from June

  • Update website 6 times

  • Get back into a workout routine of sorts - cannot keep blaming the cold weather!

  • Take a lunch break in the week.

  • Switch off laptop at a decent hour.

  • Get back into my photography

  • Continue practicing yoga and mindfulness
