Hello June!
I used to make a list of monthly goals and share them on my website but I’ve gotten out of the routine. I thought June was the perfect time to re-start a healthy habit. The weather is very cold at the moment with winter in full swing and it is easy to make excuses rather than keep a routine going!
So my intentions for this month are:
Update website at least once a week. I need to prioritise this asap!
Start the day with a daily meditation. So far so good.
Read and review some books. I used to review books monthly and it was enjoyable.
Get over this flu so I can work out again. Start slowly when I’ve recovered with some walks.
Try out recipes in our new air fryer - looking forward to that!
I’m keen to start healthy habits that aren’t just for the month but an everyday habit. Then I plan to build on them.
