April goals and mantras

April already!

My goals for March were:

  • Make an appointment at the Dermatologist. Done but had to cancel because of the Lockdown.

  • Finish garden project with Mark and have a braai to celebrate when it is complete Yes!

  • Submit more fitness articles No, didn’t even get around to writing any.

  • Google vegetarian dishes. Trying to do a meat-free day more often. Still need to google new dishes.

  • Declutter and organise study wardrobe Done

  • Declutter and organise linen cupboard Done

  • Write a blog post on Sun City holiday Done https://www.antheabooysen.com/blog/sun-city-holiday-february-2020

  • Update website with a portfolio section for my photos Done! You can find them under my portfolio https://www.antheabooysen.com/portfolio

  • Read 3 books Read 1

  • Spend mindfully. I’ve read some people do a certain amount of no-spend days during the month and I’m keen to try. Rather easy with Lockdown haha!

  • Make the most of the last of summer. Technically we are in autumn since it is March but the warm weather is saying otherwise! Love it! YES. Have had a braai many times during the week!

Okay so April goals:

  • Update website 6 - 8 times

  • Finish decluttering and organising the study

  • Read 2 books

  • Google vegetarian dishes and give some a try

  • Plan a lunch with my parents and sister the moment Lockdown lifts!

  • Do more yoga

  • Get back into running when Lockdown is over

  • Switch phone off more. Have at least one day a week offline.

My Mantra for April:

“Beautiful things happen when you distance yourself from negativity”.
