What I read in June 2022
I KNOW WHAT YOU’VE DONE BY DOROTHY KOOMSON
I only read one book in June but it was AWESOME. This book is set in post-lockdown and the first book that I’ve read which has spoken about lockdown and health anxiety.
I have been a massive fan of Dorothy Koomson’s since I was in my early 20’s. Mom bought me one of her first books which was called “The Chocolate Run”. I’ve loved all of Dorothy’s books and as with all of them I could NOT put this one down!
When Rae opens her door one afternoon she finds her neighbour Priscilla about to collapse. Priscilla hands over a book filled with all of their neighbours secrets and tells Rae to use it to find out who has tried to kill her.
Rae knows she should hand the book over to the police. But then she finds her husband Clark’s name written in it.
As Rae reads the book she finds so many disturbing secrets that her neighbours have tried to hide. Priscilla knows all of them and is now in hospital. Does this mean Rae is in danger too?
A brilliant book full of surprises and twists and turns - so many - even to the last chapter.
