Chapter 11 of 12

I’m still processing how tomorrow we will be halfway through November. Chapter 11 of 12 - this year has gone so quickly and I find this month is speeding by.

There is so much to do but I love this time of year. I’m just finding the tiredness setting in earlier than usual!

I’ve just had some wonderful leave and should be feeling super refreshed and energetic but wow - lately I feel extremely tired and it is isn’t great. Alot of people have been saying that they are feeling spent - as the end of year tiredness catches up.

Last week I tried getting up earlier and found at least I had a productive day. I know I drink too much coffee but that is difficult to cut down - especially with an early start.

Summer is here and I’m loving the warmer days so I cannot blame cold weather on not having energy to exercise (getting back into a fitness routine was one of my intentions this month).

Anyone else feeling very run down and tired? What are your tips for an energy boost?
